Outcome: ESF Civilian Component participation in Peace Support Operations (PSO) is now clearly defined

Activity:

1. The Recruitment of four (4) staff for the Civilian Component Unit
2. The Development of a Policy Framework for the ESF Civilian Component
3. The Development of a Human Resource Policy Framework
4. Develop ECOWAS civilian standby roster
5. The Conduct of training workshops for the capacity-building of the civilian planning element/component and Member States (6 Training Programmes in 3 Years)
6. The Convening of Roundtable meetings & other Seminars held at regional and AU level on coordination for the building of ESF/ASF Civilian   Component
